Great dentist! I was in the office when Shannon Writer was in the office. I heard the entire conversation and I will testify that she is lying about the situation.
In less than one minute of walking into the room he pinched my arm! He seemed to doubt my medical diagnosis and tried to gaslight me during the whole appointment! Said I needed a bunch of crowns which the last two dentists I have seen have never said. He said I needed to come in every 4 months and wanted to numb my mouth for a cleaning due to my sensitive teeth! I think he wants to put profit over patient needs. Definitely will not return! His receptionist was very sweet though!
beware of a smooth talker. This guy could be a used car salesman. We discussed what work would be done and then he did something totally different. This happened twice in a row. I didn't get the work done that I went in to have done cuz he kept doing other stuff that I was unaware of. Super weird and frustrating. I had headaches for 8 minths after seeing him cuz he changed my bight so much. I have a tooth that bothers me all the time since he worked on it and shouldn't have. I brought an elderly, disabled, relative to Dr Ngo for care. Dr Ngo, along with his entire staff, treated my relative with great care and sensitivity, while at the same time addressing the challenging dental situation. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ngo and his office manager, Karen. Highly recommend!!!
