beware of a smooth talker. This guy could be a used car salesman. We discussed what work would be done and then he did something totally different. This happened twice in a row. I didn't get the work done that I went in to have done cuz he kept doing other stuff that I was unaware of. Super weird and frustrating. I brought an elderly, disabled, relative to Dr Ngo for care. Dr Ngo, along with his entire staff, treated my relative with great care and sensitivity, while at the same time addressing the challenging dental situation. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ngo and his office manager, Karen. Highly recommend!!!
My family and I have been going to Dr Ngo for years for Dental care. He and his team, Karen, Brigitte, & Amanda are always are so accommodating. Dr. Ngo really cares about his craft, and it shows. They have a very nice waiting area as well. With Coffee or cold drinks or water available for patients. They pride themselves in providing state of the art services with he latest high tech gear and modern technology. They definitely live up to their name! I always refer anyone I know looking for dental care.
LOVE LOVE. I have been going here for my teeth cleaning for the last 5 years. I love it so much because they would remind with text and call about my appointment. With everyday life we all experience this. It is hard to remember our appointments for anything. I love that they would shoot you a text to remind you so you can schedule your day for the appointment. They are super flexible too. Love the staffs there and the service provided by them. I will definitely refer them to my families and friends. HIGHLY recommend them.
