Definitely not recommended. I called for a quote for my home insurance. Lisa, a person who's I spoke gave me the attitude from the beginning of conversation. She was very rude, sounded like she was angry, and even yelled at me demanding the name of my current insurer. Imagine how she would would treat you if you called with some issues not just for a quote. I don't feel like I would like to do business with such as people.
