The staff is wonderful. Debbie is perfect, she made me almost feel like I was visiting her at her house. She came in my room periodically to make sure i was ok and to let me know how much longer it would be before Dr. Francis came in to exam me.Her hospitality is top tier. Dr. Francis was thorough, kind and easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable with my upcoming procedure. There wasn't an unkind person I encountered today. I was referred by my Primary Care Doctor, to see Dr. Hugh Francis 111 MD for an issue that I am having. When I arrive to my appointment I noticed that the office is amazing. The staff was very professional, friendly, I really liked how they treated me, made me feel at ease. After filling out my paperwork, I was called to the back.
