Bed side manner: terrible and very uncomfortable Post surgery: doesn’t care. All around terrible job.
Love this team and Dr Hetherington. Dr Hetherington was very upfront on what he could and couldn’t give me for results. I was very happy with my procedure.
My partner recently saw this doctor after experiencing some sudden hearing loss. They have been seeing doctors regarding some ongoing issues related to this. This doctor was very rude and exhibited no compassion. If you have a patient that is clearly distressed and worried about their hearing, one would think that the bare minimum would be to not be rude, uncaring, and asking "why are you even here?"
I had a great experience with Dr. Hetherington and his surgical team. He is very professional and his team is as well. I felt a lot of positivity and noticed a lot of teamwork as I entered the operating room which in turn put my mind at ease. Everything turned out as well as surgery can go. Thank you Dr. Hetherington.
He told me that I either had a hole in my ear or Ménière’s disease. Thankfully I got a second opinion and I didn’t have either one. In fact you are not able to diagnose Ménière’s disease without vertigo which I did not have and I told him that. I would strongly advise you not to go to him.
