Can't Recommend These Folks... Having had insurance through them some years ago, I recently visited Hugh Cotten insurance for a home and auto quote. It should be noted my previous experience with this broker was ok. I met with an agent, James McDonald, who ultimately refused to provide me a quote as he was more concerned with his commission and potential commission recall than providing service to me.
