Why would you see a doctor that is dumb enough to post hateful and racist comments from their personal Instagram?
Nothing but unanswered phone calls and miscommunication. Dr. Rackley gets confused about what you discuss and the follow-up he commits to. Very unprofessional service here. Disappointed to say the least.
