Yesterday was my 1st appointment with Dr.Rackley. I have a wide history of Kidney Stones. After speaking with him, he did not make me feel judged. He answered every question I had. Did not rush the appointment. The front office was so nice as well! My car broke down on the way there, and I ended up being about 5-10 mins late. They did not give me a hard time and was extremely understanding. I think it’s safe to say I have found my new urology home! Thank you so much for taking care of me!
Dr. Rackley and has staff were amazing to work with. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend them if you need his expertise you’ll not regret treatment here.
Dr. Rackley saved my life when he found my tumor and worked quickly to schedule my surgery. He referred me to a fantastic oncologist and made sure I received the best care. He is extremely responsive to my messages and questions, and I feel supported.
