Dr. Rackley and his staff have always treated me well and with respect. I have always been seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. He takes the time and effort to find the best treatment for my Urological issues. I highly recommend this practice and am grateful to have such a good urologist in the Elkin area.
Dr Rackley and his staff went above and beyond to see me and help me with my issues he is supper nice and helpful and listened to everything we ask him he answered every question we ask. and his staff got my ct scan as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with his care and professionalism .5 stars all the way 🙏🏻
I went to Hugh Chatham imaging ctr and was told I had a kidney stone. I went to this quack and he treated me like a drug addict ! , then had the nerve to tell me he couldn't find the image from the hospital! WTH ? This place sucks !
My husband was referred here. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a medical environment. You wait into the hours to even see this “doctor” for maybe 3 minutes. He gets you in and out of the exam room and then proceeds to put you in the back of the office in the middle of ALL of the STAFF and that’s where the doctor will EXPLAIN your diagnosis/treatment.
