Nothing but unanswered phone calls and miscommunication. Dr. Rackley gets confused about what you discuss and the follow-up he commits to. Very unprofessional service here. Disappointed to say the least.
Yesterday was my 1st appointment with Dr.Rackley. I have a wide history of Kidney Stones. After speaking with him, he did not make me feel judged. He answered every question I had. Did not rush the appointment. The front office was so nice as well! My car broke down on the way there, and I ended up being about 5-10 mins late. They did not give me a hard time and was extremely understanding. I think it’s safe to say I have found my new urology home! Thank you so much for taking care of me!
