I love urgent care in elkin I think it is a really friendly environment and has great wait times, you will be in and out in a matter of minutes
I had an excellent experience today with my 4 year old. Jennifer King was AMAZING and so was the nurse staff and the front desk. This is literally the first Doctor’s office I’ve been in with my daughter where she hasn’t cried and THIS was a visit I figured she’d cry the most! We felt very welcomed and cared for from check in to check out. Urgent Care isn’t a place I’d like to frequent, but if I need it, I’ll definitely go back to this one.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! My son was Denied an x-ray after being told an x-ray was needed. But the Doctor was more than willing to provide Medication without knowing and just going off what he was told. Using the Drs words "Guessing" the prescription medication would help. Very Unprofessional. #DrShop #Exposed #Greed
I come to the walk in clinic here an the doctors are the best in the world they really care about u as a patient an give u the best possible care u can get I'd drive 400 miles to come here if I had to see a doctor this is place to come
I wish I could give this urgent care more than 5 stars. I take my kids here before ever calling the pediatrician office. I have always had the best experiences here, even for myself. Jennifer is amazing with all patients. She hears your concerns and she takes care of it. She doesn’t call everything a virus and send you out the door. She’s very professional and kind.
