Unfortunately, I do not have good things to say about my inspection, he pointed out all of the obvious issues like broken windows, old furnace, etc….he missed that none of the light switches worked in the kitchen as the lights were not wired in properly and that the one light was actually a pot light controlled by the breaker box, he did not notice the rot in the corners of the back walls and the black mold on the ceiling and when replacing the broken window the back wall was complete rotten. Nice to have a pro doing your home inspection. Hugh was very accommodating on scheduling and arrived right on time. When I require another inspection there's no one else I would call.
