I wouldn't recommend this place especially with a darker skin color that isn't white like them because they diagnosed me with a autoimmune disease and now in pain for the rest of life without any meds for it because they think I'm drug seeking every time I don't have long life but I want to warn everyone about this place before I pass on so no one goes through this again.
Awful service !! I grow up in Sioux lookout for 29 years ! every time I call at 7am no one picks up and I kept calling til next 20 minutes and someone finally picked up and says there’s no appointments til next month try again and we did it again nothing!! And worker told go to other clinics? this is place should shut down !

I been calling pass 3 weeks trying call 7 AM for refills of my puffers since ER can’t help with it Awful service
I’ve been going to this clinic for the last 10 years. No complaints at all. Staff are friendly. I’ve never had any staff be unprofessional or rude like most these comments say. 10/10 for me!
