This hospital and the ER were 5+ stars. I am not generally one to sit down and write many reviews, but I need to give credit where credit is due. I had emergency surgery to have my gallbladder taken out yesterday. First and foremost, I would like to thank the following people. From what I remember. My wife Lisa raves about the Cafe. She says MJ and staff are amazing. The food and service is excellent! She walks in and her BLT sandwiches are ready; she doesn’t even have to ask… Now that’s service! They know their patrons and what they like. They are always pleasant, accommodating, and fast as we are on a tight schedule. Thanks MJ and Staff!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. You'd think being in a wonderful community would have an impact on the atmosphere, in a positive way. The ER had the most heartless, rude, and condescending woman at the desk and in an emergency situation, she was completely useless and unwilling to help. Then to sit in a room for 3hours, only for a doctor to come in and profusely apologize, only to be left another 2hours while running tests. Okay...well...I have now fallen victim to ER "Doctor"(not board certified fyi) Jim Copenhaver TWICE. The first time I went in with incredible arm pain. He said it was a bacterial infection. From what? No idea. There was no break in my skin, so I knew he was full of crap, and quite frankly so did he. It was my neck actually. I just had that surgically repaired with a C2-T1 fusion. Yes. I had a very positive experience in the ER. Starting with the Receptionist/Check-in, who was very professional and prompt to the RN and Doctor, and Radiology; they were all polite, and caring. My RN, Carl was very attentive and informative, giving my husband and I all the information we needed to make decisions and to take home with us. The Doctor explained everything as well. Thankfully we were in and out quickly.
