Worst experience at the ER ever. Patient care is nothing this ER strives for they'd rather attend to the feelings of their staff versus caring for injured patients. Came there with an open bleeding puncture wound, when the waiting room only had two people in it and still was not taken directly back. They made me fill out paperwork first. In the waiting room with a bloody dishtowel wrapped around my foot. Which was frustrating I was bleeding and in pain. Too long of a wait for the ER. Need some signs when you walk in them door on the procedure of how to let them know you are there. Long wait for lab results too. Frustrating when you are in pain and sick.
