My daughter went to Huggins hospital last night because she had swallowed a thimble (she’s only 10 months old) they ended up taking x rays and seeing the thimble in her stomach told my wife to give her a full cap A WHOLE FULL CAP of Miralax!!! I work in human services and we give this much to an adult!! That is ridiculous!! But of course my wife thought that the doctors know best and I should have known better and asked but I work night shifts so I was already sleeping before work. Billing needs to be improved, it is a huge frustration dealing with them. After 3 months we cannot get a simple billing issue resolved and sent to health insurance. They tell me they have what they need to process it. Huggins staff caused the original error. They continue to send out increasingly threatening invoices and letters. When I bring discs of MRI's, staff cannot open or copy them for use by the medical staff. Other hospital systems can handle the MRI discs, I don't know why Huggins can't. whatever you do don't let any nurse use a squirt bottle to flush your ears , nurse tried using one on me , i was like no cant we just pour the solution in , manipulated me that it was going to be fine , wasn.t fine !!!! blew my ear drums out , constant ringing in ears now , hearing loss , and near sighted vision loss , and they won't take responsibility for the damage they have done ,
