The incomplete work we have discovered could have been life changing for our whole family. The unprofessional work truly shows. The work we paid for was never completed as they stated it was. Now we are finding ourselves in repairs that we should not have to be doing. We paid over 10k for Higgins to do a job. The return that was put in was never properly done with the proper enclosure. The worst company ever… the residential side the owner cut all employees went bought his self a new truck his wife car new boat and let all residential people go and the commercial side has no business!! They put the work on others and make them suffer for their job!! They have no clue about running a business!!!
