Kim and her team have cleaned for me for many years. They are consistent and responsive to any concerns.
We were disappointed with this company. A glass soap dispenser was broken by one of the cleaning team members (which happens and is completely understandable). However, we were not made aware of it until we noticed the item missing after they left and found shards of glass on the floor. When I inquired about it and asked what happened, I was told by the owner that I should have tidied up more before they came over and the cleaning team denied that it even happened.
