Went to look at there kia forte inside was disgusting was told no warning lights that was a lie was told no mechanical issues that to was a lie my wife and her son was gonna test drive it they started the car check engine light was on and motor was shaking whole total waste of time very disappointed
Purchased a Jeep for $15k and was sold an aftermarket service warranty. I insisted upon this warranty because these engines had a history of failing at a certain mileage. Sure enough, nearly on the dot the engine failed. Tried to use the warranty and was told that it was invalid because the Jeep had been modified. As the Jeep was sold to me with this modification, I felt it was on the dealership to handle the problem. When they resisted I said I would seek legal action.
