I cannot recommend Hug Homes enough. Our house was built in 6 months from slab down. They don’t delay any of their processes and ensure they build it as quick as possible. The communication from them is amazing, we had fortnightly updates from them on where our build was at. If we had any questions they answered promptly. Building with Hug Homes has been such a smooth and warming experience. The pace and quality of work has been impressive. Really poor form that in 2025 they are not prepared to do an initial fact find via an online platform and insist on a telephone call. I'd have thought that given the choice of home builders out there that customer satisfaction would be high on their agenda

Our journey with Hug started a year ago after I read so many wonderful reviews. We spent 8 weekends going to all kinds of show homes and after considering all options we decided that Hug offered so many great inclusions, we need to sign up with them. 1 thing that I can say about this company, is they keep their promises.
