Highly recommend Hug Homes. After speaking to multiple builders, this was the last one we met with and my partner and I walked away both feeling like this one was it. Everything was a smooth process. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The build took 6months from slab down and was done with a high quality and standard. I cannot recommend Hug Homes enough. Our house was built in 6 months from slab down. They don’t delay any of their processes and ensure they build it as quick as possible. The communication from them is amazing, we had fortnightly updates from them on where our build was at. If we had any questions they answered promptly. Really poor form that in 2025 they are not prepared to do an initial fact find via an online platform and insist on a telephone call. I'd have thought that given the choice of home builders out there that customer satisfaction would be high on their agenda
