I have always supported the Dealerships because I was always expecting excellent, professional and quality service, recognizing I could have the work done for less money. In the past this is level of service received from the dealerships I dealt with in Oklahoma (Wagoner) and Arkansas (Charleston). Unfortunately that last two(2) times I have used HUG in Charleston the experience has been less than stellar.
