Awful customer service, agent answered the phone with a sigh, got immediately snippy when she couldn’t hear me, and then kept repeating instructions like I was stupid when she misheard my VIN. Hung up on the spot and called a different agency.
I only give one star because zero is not an option. Only pay these people if you want to be treated like garbage. They will provide you no help at. This company is complete trash!!!
