Awful customer service, agent answered the phone with a sigh, got immediately snippy when she couldn’t hear me, and then kept repeating instructions like I was stupid when she misheard my VIN. Hung up on the spot and called a different agency.
I only give one star because zero is not an option. Only pay these people if you want to be treated like garbage. They will provide you no help at. This company is complete trash!!!
I have been a customer of Huffmaster Insurance for home and auto insurance for many years and have found them to be a solid company. The staff is helpful, friendly and honest when I have a concern and I feel very comfortable working with them.
We recently updated to a new insurance provider thru Huffmaster Insurance Agency. Approximately 6 weeks in, we sustained a power surge from a lightning strike, which in itself is scary enough. This caused burn marks on the window and burn marks on the weather head. The plaster in one section near the window was blown 10 ft across the room, the nails in the sheetrock lifted a half inch out of the wall.
