Vickey and Steve have been so wonderful in making sure that our beloved Ray was posed "just so" to please my son, who had been heart broken when he passed. They took every care and did such a perfect job! Thank you!
Steve & Vicky did a wonderful job on my little dog. We found him as a stray & knew he was an older dog. But he was such a gentle soul. We promised him that he could stay with us forever. Just a year after we took him in we adopted three siblings from foster care and fell in love with him right away. He was so quiet (he barked 5 times in the time we had him). This business does excellent work! I am very happy with the result! The process they use is superior to others; it is a much better result than the typical freeze drying process. The owners were very responsive to emails and willing to answer any and all questions. Don't be worried if your order takes longer than anticipated - it is worth the wait! The only reason I mention the timing at all is to reassure future customers that it should not cause worry or concern - the process takes time. Thank you! A++++++
