Had a great experience there The lady that showed us everything and took care of us was great very efficient and took care of us and a very quickly manner. She knows her job thoroughly and she took care of us without any issues. Thank you for everything that you're done for us. I was on my way to another storage facility when I looked over and saw the shiny red building’s that said CubeSmart. I never heard of them so I went in to check it out, and I’m so glad I did! I quickly bonded with the facilities agent Elizabeth. She is so friendly and helpful. She pulled up rates, showed me a map of the facility so I could choose my unit, showed it to me and had me signed and ready for move in quickly and efficiently. Elizabeth is always so helpful and extremely nice. She always has answers to any questions we may have. The premises is always clean as well as bug and rodent free.
Renting was fast and easy, Manager was friendly and knowledgeable, prices are better than most other places in the area.
Facility is getting updated and Elizabeth the manager is always willing to help. Couldn’t be happier with my choice of storage places.
