Robert Huffman came over to our home said he was a landscaper and would landscape the yard. We discussed plant material and asked for a written quote with the material discussed. We paid him 1/3 of the money that was due to him and again requested a written estimate and drawing. He gave us a childlike drawing and said he wasn't the best at drawing.
