If I only I could give negative stars. I being billed for furniture that wasn’t delivered. The scheduled delivery was over a month ago. I don’t have a scheduled delivery date. I can’t get through to anyone. My voicemails go unreturned. My emails go unreturned. I ordered this furniture in June. I had a confirmed delivery date. I purchased a mattress at a great price. The last mattress was actually on hold however the manager was able to give it to me because I was paying for it in full. I thought awesome these guys ROCK! But the joke was on me. 30 minutes before "my mattress" was delivered I get a call from my sales woman saying the mattress was damaged and I'd be getting a loaner. Don't go worst customer service ever. Carlos is a joke of a manager. No one ever answers the phone I would rather go to Bob's. Save your money go elsewhere. Please for the love of God don't go.
Do yourself a favor and do not shop at Huffman Koos. I purchased a bedroom set less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems. My initial experience was that the store messed up my delivery. I told the store that my building had delivery restrictions and they specifically told me up to the day before that the delivery would be made in the morning.
