⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Rebecca! I stopped by the U-Haul Self Storage off 2100 today looking for some boxes, and Rebecca was amazing from start to finish. She was super friendly and very helpful in recommending which boxes would work best for what I needed. When I was struggling to load them into my car, she went above and beyond and helped me get everything packed safely. Thank you so much, Rebecca, for your outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!
I showed up 5 minutes before closing and Angela Crawford made sure I got into a rental. She was helpful and answered every question I had. I would work with her again to get a U-Haul in a heartbeat!
We went last night to get plastic wrap and a bundle of boxes, i grabbed the plastic wrap and the lady told me she will be right with me. 20 minutes later she was still on the phone and haven't been helped yet so i decided to leave and come back in the morning. My husband went in this time and i stayed in the car and she was on the phone again. He waited 10 minutes before finally being helped. Heavy set lady there with piercings and very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place.
