Angela has done an excellant job with my recent rentals. Providing great service and always friendly. Ready and able to make adjustments to meet my needs.
Make each person fill the tank completely when they bring a U Hail back. Its confusing to everyone involved when the paper looks nothing like the actual tank. I went only 21 miles. And added 2 and a half gallons. The lady although very professional could not figure out where the darn gas gouge should be. But other than that u haul is always the best route.
I had come to this location to rent a U-Haul. I was having a bad day and in excruciating pain, and I took it out on one of their reps. She was understanding, and I apologized to her. They never treated me badly, even though I had a bad attitude that day. The next day that I went inside, I had arrived with the UHaul to drop off, the General Manager of that location, Charlie, came otto meet with me and do the drop off with me.
