I had a great salesperson (Crissy) but unfortunately, I did not purchase a vehicle due to her managers youth and un experience. It was a done deal, not sure how many people he walks every week.

This is a recount of what occurred last year. When I arrived for my appointment at the service department, I was told my my oil change would take less than 1 hr. At 1.5 hours, my service advisor, Heather, tells me they "discovered a very small leak from a plug." I was surprised given that we've never seen any indication of a leak in my engine.
