This is a recount of what occurred last year. When I arrived for my appointment at the service department, I was told my my oil change would take less than 1 hr. At 1.5 hours, my service advisor, Heather, tells me they "discovered a very small leak from a plug." I was surprised given that we've never seen any indication of a leak in my engine. Absolutely fantastic service! Justin was incredible! He took my concerns seriously and answered all of my questions. All of the testing and repairs were done within a timely manner.
