Was a great experience, Huffines made the lease of our new Forester a breeze, quick, easy, and transparent… low friction!
Sales process and front end service people are awesome. Attention to detail in the service department is abysmal. Had to go back twice to have the same issue taken care off. Would recommend Brent Kelly there with high marks. As I said, their service advisors (Izzy is awesome) are top notch but the actual people doing the service are definitely NOT recommended. Shoddy workmanship and a seeming lack of care for the work they do. If I was running operations there I would be retrenching that back office team.
Thank you Huffines Subaru for taking care of my vehicle as it was the first maintenance check.
