Huffines is not the closest KIA service department for me, but it was worth the extra drive for the services I received. Landon was my advisor for a recall but he also researched to find the issue with my radio needing an update. Both jobs were taken care of by technicians in a timely manner. Friendly, professional, and very helpful.
Fast warranty repair. They gave their recommendations, price was a little high, but would negotiate in the future to get them done. I don't do all maintenance and repair at dealers but would be open to more work here. They earned future business from me. Overall great experience as they gave me no issues handling the repair, it was fast and efficient. I was able to Uber home and back on their cost.
