Jay literally saved the day. I’d called countless Kia dealerships in the metroplex looking for somewhere to take my vehicle regarding a panic-inducing warning message. Not only was Jay able to diagnose my car that day and provide a loaner, but I was back in my own car within 48 hours (24 of which don’t even count since it was a Sunday!) He addressed the warning message as well as a couple of open recalls with kindness, humor, and a sense of urgency.
Great experience with this dealership. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and made the car service experience smooth and stress-free and have reasonable price!
This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this location, including one purchased for my daughter. Unfortunately, my third vehicle turned out to be a lemon.
