I had a great experience bringing my older Optima in to Huffines Kia with a warranty issue. Elijah Relyea was great to work with. I appreciated how he took the time to answer the questions I had on the issue. The associates at the cashier counter when I picked my car back up were friendly as well. Overall, the process was straightforward and positive.
EDIT: Sadly I have to edit this review as the issue was not actually identified and resolved. While I was led to believe it had been, all they did was complete a couple of open recalls assuming that would fix the issue. A week later, the car malfunctioned again WHILE DRIVING, and Huffines has had it now for 15 days and counting “trying” to replicate the issue. Jay literally saved the day. I’d called countless Kia dealerships in the metroplex looking for somewhere to take my vehicle regarding a panic-inducing warning message. Not only was Jay able to diagnose my car that day and provide a loaner, but I was back in my own car within 48 hours (24 of which don’t even count since it was a Sunday!) He addressed the warning message as well as a couple of open recalls with kindness, humor, and a sense of urgency.
