Vehicle taken in several times & advised by kia it was perfect. Service didn't check oil levels & test drove without oil damaging the engine. Used Short Block installed by Kia. Car not running well. The worst Experience in my 60 yrs of living. U.S. Veteran.
No one picks up the phone. They hung up on me as soon as I mentioned the recall service, and now I can’t reach them. Very unprofessional
