Huffines Hyundai provided an excellent experience with the purchase of a new Tucson. My salesman, Stephen R. was terrific. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, and answered all my questions, and concerns. He showed me around the facility, introduced me to everyone and made me feel like "they cared". Due to the transfer from another dealer and the weekend, the delivery was a few days later. Excellent
It would have been 5 stars. Everyone is polite and keeps you up to date. However on this visit I was told service would take 90 minutes. Vehicle wasn't ready until after 2 hours.
Always have what I need for different models
poor customer service, parts department does not understand the concept of answering the phone.
