I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this Hyundai service center has been extremely frustrating. I initially brought my vehicle in because of a shaking/vibration issue. Since then, I have visited the service center more than four times and approved every major repair and recommendation provided by their team. Extremely disappointed with the service department. I traveled all the way from Plano to McKinney to bring my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in for standard maintenance and explicitly requested they address an issue with my front and rear wipers not returning to their main position. I have been going this location for 3 years. Today I had the best experience by far. You guys need to give Brandon Palmer a raise. He was very helpful with the issues I was having with my car. The most professional I have dealt with as well.
