I have been going this location for 3 years. Today I had the best experience by far. You guys need to give Brandon Palmer a raise. He was very helpful with the issues I was having with my car. The most professional I have dealt with as well.
I had the best experience at Huffines Hyundai McKinney today! Garrett the service advisor and Matt the service director took such great care of my car. I explained to them how my car was shaking when I would break. They were able to get me in and out so quickly! It’s the best my car has driven for as long as I can remember. I have been trying to get an estimate for 120k service for a 3 weeks now and unfortunately no one care to reply to an email or call back. All I wanted is an estimate for a full 120k service and drive/AC belts replacement on 2009 Elantra and what is included in that service. I've had consistently poor experiences getting warranty done with them. One issue required 3 different visits because the camera calibration was done improperly. Another time they damaged my tire and rim, replaced the tire and didn't tell me. For AWD vehicles tires must be replaced in pairs, and not doing so can void the warranty which they didn't seem to care about. The Plano service center provides much better service.
