While driving, my 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid struck a curb, puncturing both driver-side tires and damaging the front wheel edge. My wife and I both get our cars serviced here, or I should say we did. The past two times we've gone, the reps have ignored the issues we told them about, doing the bare minimum. The most recent was getting the 45k service done in my vehicle and they didnt bother rotating tires, making sure they had air or even bother giving me a sticker telling me when my next oil change is. Very low effort. I replied to an email asking for reviews and they didn't care about that either. Find somewhere else.
Beware they charge you unnecessarily for everything they could even though there is no real issue. They speak too technical jargons and never care to explain clearly what is the real issue. One example - I took my car there since I was hearing noise from the rear side. They said they need to replace the wheel bearing and charged around 2000. That did not fix the issue. I went in for service and specifically asked them to check the tire pressure and the lock/unlock beep sound. Unfortunately, neither issue was checked. This is the second time this has happened, and I’m disappointed with the service experience. I’m seriously reconsidering whether I should return to this location for future service.
