The service was excellent and the documentation provided too.
The waiting time is unreal! Even for a tire rotation and alignment it took 2 hours for them to complete and they don't update you on whats happening. The reason for this review is for you to understand the value of time and customer satisfaction. Hope you do better next time!
Oil change and infotainment system fixed
Keith Overturf is the best ever service agent.
I showed up at around 2pm fora oil change and they got me in immediately and did tell me it may take a couple hours. They got me out in about an hour. Great job guys.
