Terrible service. My technician, Martin Hernandez, seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions that we had during the process we had the vehicle in the shop. Then, he had the gall to try to request ~$2000 to even retrieve my vehicle and potentially get it evaluated at another shop, even though no work had been done on the car. Be warned: steer clear and far away from this place, definitely greedy for your money and greatly unhelpful.
My car was damaged by a semi's blown tire and I took it to Huffines Chevrolet Plano. My service agent was Martin Hernandez and the various parts to repair the undercarriage took a while to get. However, Martin was always in touch with me to update the status of the repair and he was always very courteous and genuinely cared about the customer. What could have been a drawn out pain, turned out to be a pleasant experience due to his professionalism and concern for the customer! You have a great representative for your company!... read more
I had an excellent experience at Huffines Collision Plano, Mr. Juan Torres took care of the whole process from estimate, insurance adjustment and he was on top sharing status with me when needed. They got the spare parts fairly quick to start the work. I had my SUV repaired after an object open a hole in my bumper and damage a sensor and the front camara, I got my car back like new. Thanks Mr. Borders, Mr. Torres and team.
Good experience reasonable price
I had an accident and called Juan to get my car in for a repair estimate. The first thing he asked me was, “are you ok?” Pretty ironic considering the person who rear ended me could have cared less and didn’t even ask. Juan is an excellent, kind, hard working and helpful representative for Huffines. I’m sure you’re not paying him enough - give him a raise !
