I must thank Martin Hernandez for "bringing to life" the Huffines Theme that we all hear in radio and Televison ads. Martin provided LEGENDARY service and repairs to my Genesis vehicle. Rarely do I encounter service people of his caliber and thoughtfulness. Huffines should endow Martin with the authority to coach and train others in their organization. His attitude and atention to the "guest experience" are as I have said "LEGENDARY". Thank you Martin.
Not good
Mother Nature strikes again! During the last wind storm one of my trees decided to throw a big branch directly onto the front of my challenger, so I brought it in for an estimate. I was expecting it to cost a lot more than it did so I was pleasantly surprised. Jack J. was the advisor that helped me the whole way through, and he kept me updated while my car was at their shop. Being without a car was not fun since it took about 3 weeks, but they did an amazing job so it was worth the wait.
They fixed the hail damage on my hellcat and made it look like it never happened. Jack helped me with the whole process since it was my first time dealing with an insurance claim. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this shop for anything body repair related.
Great Service from Jack J! I took my Suburban in for a bumper and mirrors the turn around time was quick and my car came back looking great! They paint matched my car perfectly highly recommend.
