Overall, I had a very good experience living here. I really liked the apartments and the atmosphere of the community. The maintenance team provided excellent service, and the leasing office staff at the front desk were always friendly, helpful, and professional. What I did not like was the poor cleanliness of the fourth-floor hallways. The carpet in the common areas was consistently dirty and stained, giving the floor an unpleasant appearance that should have been addressed more regularly. Melanie has been great throughout the full leasing process. She has always made herself available for any question big or small. She stays very busy, but this doesn’t take her away from helping in any way!! Thank you, Melanie!! So far, 1505 is a great place to be. Everything is within a close walk and the apartments are laid out nicely! Love the additional space I have for my work from home area!!
The front desk employee was an amazing person. She showed me the building, all the amenities and answered in detail all my questions. Great tour experience for me.
