The rudest front desk staff I’ve ever experienced. I called to ask simple questions and she seemed uninterested and did not help. My mom and I came into the office to view a space and she immediately thought we weren’t residents (like what?) and refused to go into depth about renting the area. When the manager (a man) called we let him know that we took a different route due to her attitude and he gave no apology stating “sorry you feel that way”. WARNING: FROM MANAGEMENT I LEARNED THAT ANY CONVERSATION I HAVE WITH THE STAFF MUST BE LIMITED AND SPECIFICALLY RELATING TO THE RECREATIONAL CENTER. NOT EVERYONE IS KIND; NOT EVERYONE IS INTERESTED IN HEARING WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY OR THE QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. POSITIVE VIEW: THE RECREATIONAL CENTER IS WONDERFUL DESPITE THE RULES IMPOSED UPON ME BY A CALLOUS MANAGER WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING MORE THAN JUST WORDS BUT MUST BE A PERSON'S HEART WILLING TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING A MEMBER NEEDS TO SAY. Just had a very negative experience with the front check in staff at Huffhines. They were incredibly rude. I do not understand why front staff can’t simply answer questions in a polite way - isn’t that their job.
