Scheduled an appointment to have an outlet installed but they did not show up. Not even a call or text. I reached out several times and did not hear back. Sat around all day hoping they would eventually show up. I thought maybe I had the date wrong but I looked back through my messages and sure enough, it was confirmed. Disappointing.
I did not use this business only because they never showed up. I called this company and the lady answered the phone "Hello" which as a business owner myself I found to be unprofessional. She was very pleasant though. She scheduled me for 2 days from the day I talked to her. That day arrived and nobody showed. I am rather flexible so I decided to wait until 4 hours or so and then call the company to inquire why nobody came. I thought maybe the person I talked to mixed the dates up.
