I cannot recommend Nathen Dausman with Huff Septic enough! When my pump failed over the weekend, he provided accurate pricing right away and made my repair a priority, even getting out sooner than originally scheduled. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was his willingness to help even after the installation. Joseph was great. Took a look at everything and gave me options. Really appreciated his honesty in telling me I didn’t need to have my tank pumped for at least a year or so. Thanks Joseph and Huff. Give that guy a raise.
Super-fast turnaround time and service, and it was very easy to schedule and pay. Prices were very competitive and this is a local company which is even better. One of the best aspects was that everyone (from the staff to the field operator) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Absolutely recommend and will be returning customer.
Starting with lots of missing information on my part, this did not start out as an easy project. We were unclear on a lot of the history and were starting with an unmarked tank. January in Michigan doesn't usually lend itself to digging easily but Joe started this job with true determination to resolve our issues.
