I cannot recommend Nathen Dausman with Huff Septic enough! When my pump failed over the weekend, he provided accurate pricing right away and made my repair a priority, even getting out sooner than originally scheduled. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was his willingness to help even after the installation. We are very happy with our selection of Huff to install our new septic system. Our initial contact, Casey, designed and septic system and gave us a quote. The health department required a different design because of soil conditions, but Casey stuck with his original quote. Throughout the process communications were excellent. Joseph was great. Took a look at everything and gave me options. Really appreciated his honesty in telling me I didn’t need to have my tank pumped for at least a year or so. Thanks Joseph and Huff. Give that guy a raise.
Starting with lots of missing information on my part, this did not start out as an easy project. We were unclear on a lot of the history and were starting with an unmarked tank. January in Michigan doesn't usually lend itself to digging easily but Joe started this job with true determination to resolve our issues. Did a great job servicing my tank. Went above and beyond to make sure they took care of my system at a fair price. They thoroughly explained the condition of my system, the work they did, and potential items that may be beneficial long term for my 40+ year system. They made sure to clean up and leave my yard in the same condition they found it.
