I cannot recommend Nathen Dausman with Huff Septic enough! When my pump failed over the weekend, he provided accurate pricing right away and made my repair a priority, even getting out sooner than originally scheduled. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was his willingness to help even after the installation. Shortly after the repair, I experienced an electrical issue and wanted to make sure everything with the pump system was operating correctly. Nathen didn... read more

The appointment was to replace an outlet baffle in the septic tank. The baffle was reported as being broken after another contractor pumped the tank recently. The technician from Huff’s septic began the work and found the access lid to be sealed in place and would not come loose. After several attempts to loosen the lid, the concrete lid broke. January in Michigan doesn't usually lend itself to digging easily but Joe started this job with true determination to resolve our issues. We found the tank, installed a new riser kit, got the tank pumped out , inspected the interior and validated the main drain. Joe was happy to answer any and all questions I had while he worked. Christian was a... read more

Did a great job servicing my tank. Went above and beyond to make sure they took care of my system at a fair price. They thoroughly explained the condition of my system, the work they did, and potential items that may be beneficial long term for my 40+ year system. They made sure to clean up and leave my yard in the same condition they found it.

Huff was great! We needed our septic pumped and called about 10 companies. We were able to schedule within 48 hours and the pricing was in line with other quotes and didn’t get the “emergency fee” others quoted unless we wanted to wait 3 weeks. Tech was very helpful and explained how the system was setup.
