Very poor communication...i am the rental home owner. Forced to evict tenant who had done major damage to my property..incuding removing all mature shrubbery and cutting mature trees for firewood. Failed to conduct inspection of property prior to allowing tenant to take over lease. During the eviction process and dealing with aftermath., the broker in charge Never contacted me......handled by a lady in accounting. No empathy No I am sorry. This is the worst service organization that I have dealt with. Most of the staff were rude. They embarrased me one time with phone calls about eviction and court fees even though I had paid the rent one month ahead of time. When they realized their mistake, they failed to apologise. When I was about moving out, they called and made appointment to show my house to a prospective renter. they are just out to take your money i applied for house they had then they contacted me thur email in said send pay verification i did then a guy call in said i had a wife in what not now refused to give my money back known they did not run any of my stuff .they seemed to reply when i said i was going to the bank to file fruad charge to get my money back.
