This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Brought my vehicle in at the advice of another shop. Dropped off my car at 9 am. Was called at around noon and told that my compressor was bad and would cost $1700 to replace. I did not have the funds for the repair right now and told them I would pick up the car today. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the fee for the diagnosis was $199. I was shocked. Nobody at anytime told me there would be a diagnosis fee let alone $199. Customer service and Quality work thumps up ! The office staff and the mechanics are such a joy to deal with here and the price is nice too. A lot cheaper than the dealer Mike Huff help me with my car and took me into shop and explained in detail what was going on with my car and it was a lot less repairs needed than what the dealership had gave me a estimate for I was so happy when my car was done by 5 o'clock Huffs is such a great place thank you so much for the honest quality service so hard to find now days

Huffs failed to diagnos my BMW for having a blown head gasket.
They claim to be the best and as far as in concerned they deliver nothing but a happy customer for me best shop in Arizona
Great place to take your Mercedes, very knowledgeable and fair service. Comfortable and clean complex.
I have 2 Rovers a 2000 discovery and a 2006 Range Rover i was taking them to Rover Techs until i found Huffs to have better prices and service. Will defiantly be returning.
