This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Brought my vehicle in at the advice of another shop. Dropped off my car at 9 am. Was called at around noon and told that my compressor was bad and would cost $1700 to replace. I did not have the funds for the repair right now and told them I would pick up the car today. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the fee for the diagnosis was $199. I was shocked. Nobody at anytime told me there would be a diagnosis fee let alone $199.
