I had a major misunderstanding with a new nurse practitioner at this office. I left frustrated. Dr. Crye who I trust very much called me and helped me rectify my issue. I am often asked. “Why are you not afraid of having a third c section?” Simply put I trust my doctors that will be performing my surgery. I have developed that sense of calmness in their care. While I don’t always agree with other staff members I do trust my doctors.
Lisa was awesome and made me feel super comfortable, and was very quick with my procedure!
I was a prenatal patient at Huey and Weprin and for anyone wanting a low intervention labor who believes in a natural/holistic approach to childbirth, and most important who believes in God, do not go here. After declining to do a specific test at 28 weeks, Dr. Jill Goff, became visibly enraged and while checking my baby’s heart rate said some things that if recorded could have been investigated as misconduct. Dr. Madsen was able to remove an 8-9 cm dermoid cyst/ovary/fallopian tube as a laparoscopic procedure. I was able to have same day surgery and recover at home. It's been a while since the procedure, and I have not had any issues. I am a nurse in the Dayton and area, and I have nothing but praises for Dr. Madsen, Kettering anesthesia team, staff in Pre-Op, PACU, and ambulatory services were all very nice and made the day far less stressful!
