I have visited this business 6 different times. My food has never been given to me in less than 15 minutes. I waited 18 mins today (11/22/25). I've also watched several other vehicles served while I waited at the front of the line, each visit. One pick up order was never completed so I drove back to the store to pick it up. No apologies at any time. I will not be back. I requested an upgrade to "large" fries and was told they didn't do that. Apparently a medium fry isn't something they do either. This Huey Magoo’s is a terrible job to work at. They falsely claim that I had two write ups and told me that I was “let go” and called me and said I was good and then won’t show my mother my write ups (I’m a underage child so my parents have the right to see my file) and they ask my mom needed to contact corporate for my write ups and said they can’t pull up my file but Mrs. Connie told me she could do it in person .
