Normally the chicken is light and chewy with just the hint of coating. This last time the chicken was dry and covered with a hard dry breading that was terrible. I don't know what happened but the food was the worst I have ever eaten.
Food was made fresh to order. Tasted great Fast service. Big smiles on the staff.
