I got my food around 7, the lady that was running the drive thru was very rude, constantly interrupting me, I asked if I could have my food as a meal, she yells at me and says “IT IS A MEAL.” I didn’t know I had to hand my phone to the employee to use my tap pay, as I never had anywhere else, so her and her coworker were laughing at me at the window. We ordered through Uber eats and when we received the order was missing 3 large banana puddings which totaled 29.97 not including tax fees etc. Called the restaurant and were told we had to contact Uber eats. We were willing to drive down and pick up but NO. Best I finally got resolved was a refund. I don't blame the driver they pick up what the restaurant packs up. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker on 3/11/26 which also happens to be my birthday, and ordered some of the chicken bites. Asked if I could just have an extra piece of toast instead of the fries and the guy taking my order told me he could not do that and then said “I mean, it already comes with toast, so…” YEAH, I know it comes with toast, that’s why I said I wanted an EXTRA piece. I felt insulted so I just drove off…apparently you can’t order more than one piece of toast here, it’s not allowed.
