My first time ordering from Huey Magoos and it will be my last. At least from this location. Food is good but the service was extremely lacking. There were several service failures and multiple opportunities to create a service paradox. There either needs to be better training or better screening of employees who engage with the customers.
Very niece staff
Not only was the food delicious, juicy, and hot. But the service was incredible. I came here today, August 1 at 6:30 and every single person in there was amazing. All the kids upfront were so good and they were doing their job. The store was impeccably clean. Everyone was so kind. They were coming to the table asking if we needed any more condiments if they can pick up our trash. Absolutely phenomenal. I’m in shock. You don’t see this type of service anymore, especially from young kids.
huey magoo’s chicken tenders are really solid. crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. the crinkle fries are classic and well seasoned, with a nice crunch. the toasted butter bread adds a warm, rich touch to the meal and ties everything together. overall, it’s a tasty and satisfying combo that definitely lives up to the hype.
