It was our first time trying Huey Magoo’s, and we spent over $100 for our family meal. Despite spending over a hundred bucks, when my son asked for a single extra ranch cup, the staff nickel-and-dimed us and refused to give him one without paying extra. Bad customer service and stinginess over a 50-cent sauce on a large order leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. We won't be back.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the way I was treated by the front-of-house staff during my visit.
