Had a wonderful time! I made reservations by calling the lodge- talked to Amber and she helped us every step of the way- from the reservation to check in, showing us points of interest along with lodge amenities.The outdoor pool is just the right temperature for swimming, and there's plenty to do inside the lodge and the surrounding area. The best though was the staff, down to earth, knowledgable about the rentals and area, and helpful- everyone we met, from front desk, to dining area, pool, gift shop... These cabins are great! Perfect for the outdoorsy types. They have gas fireplaces, grills, picnic tables, and fireplaces, woods, and trails to walk, and some have a view of the lake. The one we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed,I believe it is, and one has bunk beds with the bottom bunk bigger than the top and a trundle bed under the bottom bunk so you can fit several guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen including pots and pans, cooking utensils and dinnerware. There are linens available at the lodges ... read more

We loved our first stay in the cabins. Plenty of room for our family. Everything was clean and in working order. We took advantage of the fire ring, grill, screened deck, fireplace and proximity to trails.
