The couple's cabin is fine. Ours had some cobwebs and generally felt rather outdated. But it was good overall. The bed was clean, although it's a full-sized bed so it's small for two people. We had a view of the lake from our window and fully enjoyed a secluded weekend away. Staff was also super helpful and pleasant each time we interacted with them.

The rooms were beautifully well maintained and the woods are very nice and open, but there were no additional things in the cabin like a pack of playing cards or even coffee filters to go into the coffee maker, what's the point of having a drip coffee maker without any filters provided?

Let me lead with the fact that we found bed bugs in the bunk bed of the cabin. We checked in at the front desk. The staff was very nice and the lodge has beautiful views of the lake. When I asked about the beach area by the cabins, I was told to watch out for broken glass and possibly needles since people like to party there. Please note this is the cabin beach and not the main beach area we were discussing. The cabin was on a cursory glance clean but definitely run down.
