Excellent service, check-in was easy, got right in. Was treated and I was out 15 minutes from the start of my appointment. Doctor Huerter is pleasant and explains well. Cleaned up all my skin concerns. Easy to find on Google maps. Second floor suite 211.
Terrible customer service and zero personal touches. Robot dermatology.
If I could give this clinic less than 1 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service in the waiting room. They have a "don't care about you attitude". Every time we have been there for a follow up appointment we have had to wait in the waiting room for at least 50 minutes to an hour. I don't have an hour to sit in a waiting room and if this clinic cared about its patients it would stop overbooking and hire more help to take the overflow.
