The Website doesn't work and has viruses. It did 2 or 3 months ago also and the office staff is aware.The office phone is never answered and won't let you talk to anyone. Many times it has an error message and answers saying Goodbye and hangs up on you. Just how you are supposed to get medical service, have no idea??? Dr Huerta is Decent but his staff is the WORST! They never answer the phone or they pick up and hang up. And in person they are rude and dismissive. Sadly you don’t get treated like a patient. I’ve had to go in person to make an appointment because they decide to leave the line open to avoid calls.
La peor atención y malos tratos se reciben en este consultorio, desde la recepción hasta el equipo médico están perdidos en todos los aspectos, les recomiendo que se vayan a otro lugar, y la falta de ética profesional prima en este orrendo lugar. Pobre pacientes wue están aqui.
A week and a half ago I made an appointment with Dr. Huerta as a new patient. The lady who took my call immediately offered me a next-day appointment, and only towards the end of the call she realized I needed a different slot for a new patient visit and had to re-start the scheduling process.
