Always very polite and everyone provides such great customer service. Have been bringing my dog here for a year now and everyone is always very helpful. My dog has heart desease and the doctor was very caring and understanding.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Dr. Bart attempted to check my dachshund's lungs by holding his hand over his snout so he couldn't breathe temporarily. My dog was so distressed and struggling so much he pooped on the floor. I LOOKED THIS UP AND IT IS NOT EVEN A STANDARD VETERINARIAN PRACTICE!! Dr. B was also condescending and constantly passive aggressive. SURE AS HELL NOT COMING BACK HERE. Much better vet clinic options in the Ventura area to look into.
I took my German shepherd for itchy allergy relief for paws and ears, the vet gave me a half hour lecture about what allergies are, and was very condescending towards me! A muscled built guy carries my dog away to get her ears washed, and she seemed intimidated by him!it was so sad watching her looking down afraid of him.. He then prescribed so many things, but insisted I buy ALL from him and not from Chewey.com cause that online business rips off people!
