Took time off during work for an appointment. I got a call 15 minutes before appointment they needed to cancel because they are running behind. Didn’t care that I needed to be seen ASAP, didn’t care I took time off from work for the appointment, they just tried to reschedule me. Please be more organized so you don’t mess with peoples time and money.

New August 2025 review: this office has gone way downhill. The front desk staff used to be friendly, attentive, and professional. Today is my second majorly dissatisfying experience. I scheduled my son’s appointment at our last check up 6 months ago. I put it in my calendar for 4pm. Then a few months later I was informed that it’s been changed to 420 without asking if the change is ok. I called two times to clarify the time and no one answered the phone. They treat new patients better then the ones they already have. I called in advance 2 weeks to reschedule an appointment. I ask if they have anything available on a Friday due to work i can't go any other day. She proceeded to say they have and opening on a September 4. I ask, " is that a Friday" . She said no a Thursday. They do not listen to you at all at the front desk. They are so rude and do not care about people's time.
