Just purchased a 2026 Traverse. Our salesperson Katie was terrific. She walked us through the entire process and even came up with an additional discount. This is not our first purchase from Huebner and won't be our last.

Terrible customer service, scheduling was wrong 2 times on a row. Kamie was rude and disrespectful. Started yelling and arguing and making a scene in front of another salesman. When I said I wanted to talk to the owner she started yelling saying "thats fine to go talk to him i don't care". End up going and talking to Chad. He kept blaming someone who doesn't work there anymore, and that person wasn't even the one that scheduled me the second time.
