We bought our Ford Explorer from Derrick at Huebner Chevy. It was a great experience all around! I did not have an appointment, I just kind of walked in and wanted to test drive a car. It was actually really stress free, as a lot of dealerships require a salesman to ride along, but he brought the car up and let us take it out on our own. DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT let them touch your vehicle, I thought all the bad reviews about the thief they hired back (Dylan) wasn’t true, I thought they were good honest people. I trusted them to replace a transmission in my truck, when I got my truck back (after very minimal communication and several voicemails and emails left with no response) my truck is now grinding in the front wheel which they deny and say it has been, the radio was blaring with the bass maxed out, windows were left down, smelled like cigarettes and I ... read more
Did my research on a vehicle was interested in, along with a clean car fax showing no accidents and then called to make sure it was still available before driving out. I was told they couldn’t find it, but would call me back. When the gentleman called back, he told me that the car was at the shop being fixed from the front and damage from the accident. Ridiculous business practices, needless to say I bought my car somewhere else today
I’ve recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Huebner. The salesman, Dale, was very kind and respectful! He made my buying experience an easy and even pleasant one. Thank you Dale!! I love my Crosstrek!!
