I received a facial and I guess you get what you pay for. It was an hour long but over half of the facial was a mask. There were 2 other creams applied and taken off before the mask that was left on for 35 minutes. After that was taken off there was another cream applied then I was done. I've been to facials before this one and there was a lot more involved like pore cleansing and maybe taking care of popping some pimples....I was very confused and disappointed. My mom had bought me a keratin treatment for Christmas through Groupon and now I understand why it was on there. Very rude staff the only nice person to talk to was the lady who washed my hair who barely spoke English. They will play you to get more money. I was told if I got a hair trim that it wouldn't be as much money because not as much product would be used I was charged for the same amount of product that she told me she would of used had I not gotten my hair cut plus then got charged 50 dollars for the trim.
