Madrian did an awesome job today.....my back feels better
Attempted to make an appointment after getting a Groupon deal. Madrian asked when would be available so I gave her days and times. She proceeded to book me twice at impossible times. When I try to address the situation, she got an attitude and told me to ask Groupon for a refund. Very rude and unprofessional. EDIT: I have proof of the conversation. I was not the problem and I'm not the first to have an issue with the same person. Like I said and you're proving... very unprofessional.
Cydney was absolutely amazing!!! I did the European facial and it was heavenly. I actually fell asleep!! My face is glowing and my body feels so so relaxed!! I will be back girl!!
