Not reliable at all. Scheduled an appointment to have my hot water heater hooked up the day after I had an electrician rewire it. Called the day before to confirm appointment, received no call back, and the plumber was a no show on the day the work was supposed to be performed. Again, not even a call to explain why, so I called them and asked: response was' you are not in our appointment book'. Said they could come in 3 weeks to reconnect hot water heater.
